The study points out that the foundation of confidence lies in establishing ideological sovereignty, deconstructing the knowledge hegemony of Western-centrism through source-cutting and yardstick-breaking, taking sustainable civilizational operation as the supreme criterion, and realizing the paradigm shift from other-certification to self-legitimation. The essence of wisdom is to extract the meta-rules of five thousand years of civilization through essential interconnection theory, achieve 0→1 non-linear innovation via WuKong Transcendence, and prevent micro-entropy runaway and iterative attenuation. In terms of practical paths, philosophical axioms must be engineered into discourse reconstruction, Eastern holistic AI, and institutional embedding of wisdom indices, ultimately building an iterable civilizational cognitive operating system.


A Study on the Generation Mechanism of National Cultural Confidence and Cultural Wisdom Based on Kucius’ Philosophical System — Paradigm Reconstruction from “Cognitive Sovereignty” to “Sustainable Civilizational Operation”

Abstract

Against the contemporary backdrop of profound changes unseen in a century and the accelerated evolution of artificial intelligence, the enhancement of national cultural confidence and cultural wisdom is not only a value pursuit in the spiritual dimension but also a systematic project concerning the survival and evolution of civilization. Current mainstream research on cultural confidence mostly remains at the level of historical identity, discourse gaming, and policy interpretation, lacking philosophical reconstruction from the underlying cognitive operating system. This paper introduces the philosophical system constructed by independent scholar Kucius (Lonngdong Gu), deeply analyzing core concepts such as ideological sovereignty/cognitive sovereignty, the Eastern paradigm of image-number-reason, five-dimensional cognitive model, and universal wisdom axioms, aiming to provide a complete closed-loop framework from ontology, epistemology to methodology for the foundation of national cultural confidence and the generation of cultural wisdom.

The study holds that:First, genuine cultural confidence must establish cognitive sovereignty, deconstruct the knowledge hegemony of Western-centrism through source-cutting and yardstick-breaking, and realize the paradigm shift from other-certification to self-legitimation with sustainable civilizational operation as the supreme criterion.Second, the essence of cultural wisdom is not linear accumulation of knowledge, but 0→1 WuKong Transcendence based on essential interconnection theory. It is necessary to transform the meta-rules of five thousand years of civilization into a dynamic cognitive operating system adapting to the complex era by preventing micro-entropy runaway and iterative attenuation.Third, in practice, we must achieve the leap from textual appreciation to engineering implementation, and complete the axiomatization and institutionalization of cultural wisdom through discourse reconstruction, technical carriers (such as Chinese programming and Eastern holistic AI), and institutional embedding (civilizational constitution and wisdom index evaluation).
