Civilization Operating System (Civ-OS): Keynote Speech for the Global Launch of the Kucius Theory Mansion Whitepaper

Opening: A Thunderclap

Dear friends, colleagues, and fellows from all civilizations and all sectors across the globe,

I stand before you today not to promote a theory. I stand before you today not to publish an academic paper. I stand before you today to make an announcement to all humanity—

For the first time in four hundred years, humankind possesses its very own civilization operating system!

Its name is the Kucius Theory Mansion. Its code name is Civ-OS, short for Civilization Operating System. And it bears but one core mission.

Act One: Diagnosis – We Are Trapped in a Grand Cognitive Illusion

Let me start with three questions for all of you.

Question One

As large language models surpass 10 to the power of 14 parameters, as silicon-based intelligence surges at an exponential rate, as AI masters poetry, painting, programming, and medical diagnosis—

Has humanity grown wiser, or more foolish?

The answer is harsh yet undeniable: We have acquired superlative tools for incremental optimization (1→N), yet we are steadily losing our subjective capacity to define original problems (0→1). We train AI to distinguish cats from dogs, yet we cannot teach it to tell good from evil, truth from falsehood. We surrender information curation to algorithms, condemning ourselves to prisoners trapped inside information cocoons.

Intelligence is exploding, while wisdom falls into deficit.

This is the greatest asymmetry of the 21st century: the runaway advancement of silicon-based intelligence, paired with the collapse of carbon-based wisdom.

Question Two

Who authored the underlying source code governing our present civilization?

René Descartes, four hundred years ago. With the statement "I think, therefore I am," he split subject and object into dualism; with reductionism, he disassembled the universe into discrete components; with mechanism, he degraded all life to interlocking gears.

This set of code functioned adequately throughout the Industrial Age. But in the Intelligence Age— It has crashed completely.

We run 21st-century applications on a 17th-century operating system, triggering constant system failures and persistent alienation of civilization.

Question Three

Karl Popper claimed that science consists of continuous trial and error, and that falsifiability marks the boundary of science— Would he dare classify the equation 1+1=2 as science?

He would not. By his own logic, 1+1=2 is unfalsifiable, and therefore cannot qualify as science.

My friends, what does this amount to? This is not philosophy; it is logical suicide. This is not the scientific spirit; it is a fig leaf for pseudo-scientific hypocrites.

Popper’s falsificationism itself cannot be falsified—an original sin of self-contradiction. His so-called "science" expels absolute truths through its front door, then deifies a collection of tentative, fallible trial-and-error hypotheses.

For four hundred years, humanity has erected a tottering high-rise atop flawed cognitive foundations.

Today, I tell you this: That ramshackle edifice must be demolished. A brand-new foundational framework has already been laid and solidified.

Act Two: Breaking the Deadlock – The Kucius Theory Mansion: The Constitution of Civilization

Raise your eyes and look. What you behold is neither a single book, a standalone paper, nor a mere school of philosophy. You are gazing upon humanity’s civilization operating system— the Kucius Theory Mansion.

Spanning ten volumes and structured across five hierarchical layers, it takes the "1-2-3-4-5" framework as its backbone, treats axioms as its constitutional text, natural laws as its load-bearing walls, philosophy as its soul, core pillars as its hard infrastructure, and practical applications as its cutting-edge edge.

Layer One: Axiom Layer – The Constitution of Civilization

Three primary universal axioms, unarguable, insulated from moral bias and ideological distortion:

1. Laws precede values. Reality does not conform to morality or justice; it only abides by inherent laws. If you demand natural laws bend to your personal values, those laws will impose reckoning upon you without exception.
2. Cognition shapes destiny. The essence of all failures lies in flawed cognition. Systems are never truly "defeated"—they are only misjudged and misread.
3. Reckoning cannot be evaded. Concealed crises will inevitably return at far greater cost; delay only escalates and magnifies their destructive power across dimensional levels.

Layer Two: Law Layer – Load-Bearing Walls for Cross-Domain Wisdom

• The Theory of Essential Consistency: Military affairs, commerce, technology, civilizations, and life share identical underlying essences despite superficial differences. Wisdom can be transferred across domains only through rigorous threefold deduction: Phenomenon – Quantity – Principle.
• The Theory of Universal Unity: All entities in the universe follow a unified set of relational laws. The PPP Equations—Power Density, System Entropy, Productive Value—transform holism from a hollow philosophical slogan into a computable, early-warning, governable systemic model.

Layer Four: Pillar Layer – Four Core Hard Pillars

1. Kucius Conjecture: When a system’s dimension n ≥ 5, no globally optimal reductionist solution exists. Stable evolutionary progression of any system can only be achieved through balanced moderation.
